Easby Group Holdings is being formed to bring together the key strengths of Easby Electronics, Delta Impact and Freeway Electronics; this is a milestone in the continuing development of the Rebound Group.
Nigel Copely, Easby Group MD, said, “With Easby celebrating its 40thyear anniversary, Delta’s 32 years’ trading and Freeway’s 17 years trading,it just makes sense to combine the wealth of experience within these three Companies and bring them together as a Group.
This new Group brings the size, strength, and experience across the three businesses that will place us well in the market, offering a unique and strong Customer proposition.
The Rebound Group vision has been to grow Easby, Delta and Freeway, with each becoming a more significant business. The Management of Easby, Delta and Freeway are thrilled at the opportunities which this merger will create; bringing these businesses together will immediately give us a strong platform in the UK and across Europe.
COVID has brought uncertainty to the Industry and to our market, so creating an increase in the number and range of opportunities from our Customers, old and new, in both the UK and mainland Europe. Customers are looking for local support which the new Easby Group is of the size and ability to provide.”
Easby and Freeway will drive growth, using their core competencies: Franchised line card, Focused Technologies and Demand creation, whilst Delta will focus on its core competencies in Kitting with the aim of becoming the Kitting House of choice. The Easby Group strategy will always be to focus on service and creating value for our Customers – in line with the key strengths of the Rebound Group.
