New SMD Rectifier Series released by Taiwan Semiconductor

Taiwan Semiconductor expands its product portfolio with new 8A, 200-1000V SMD Rectifiers in SMPC4.6U package ideally suitable for AC/DC Conversion in Power Supply and Motor Control circuits. Samples and products are in stock and available now.

The new SMD rectifier series (Manufacturer Part-Number: TUAS8x) allows designers to increase the power density of their designs. It replaces standard SMC products with a new package that has a much better thermal resistance.

The newly released SMPC standard rectifier are ideal for applications with a power rating up to 1kW
