The D6F-V03A1 MEMS flow sensor from Omron with it’s anti-dust performance, which is enhanced by OMRON’s unique three-dimensional flow path structure allows for high performance flow rate measurement. It is an extremely compact sensor, measuring only 24.omm x 14.0mm x 8.0mm, and it has a flow rate range of 0 to 3/ms
