The REX128128D-CTP series is a Circular Chip-On-Glass OLED with Capacitive TouchScreen offering 128×128 pixels, it comes with an integrated SSD1327 IC which supports greyscale, and is available in Blue, White or Yellow
The IC used on the CTP is the IT7529, and this has an I2C interface
