RFB4700C3-AYW-MNN is a 7-inch, 280×1424 pixels, TFT LCD with an aspect ratio of 1:5. This display module uses an IPS screen, allowing users to see the display clearly at wider angles (80/80/80/80 degrees).
This 7″ 280×1424 TFT module has driver IC OTA7290B supporting a 4-lane MIPI interface. MIPI (Mobile Industry Processor Interface) is a relatively new standard, mainly used in mobile device applications. This MIPI TFT LCD module possesses a high-speed advantage compared to the RGB-interface TFT because of the DSI (Display pixel interface), a high-speed serial interface between the main processor and the display module.
The brightness is 550 cd/m2 with a contrast ratio of 1,000:1. Operating temperature covers from -20~+70℃, and the storage temperature range is from -30~+80℃.
