LUMBERG has been established for almost 75 years, and has its headquarters in the Westfalian town of Schalksmühle in Germany. Lumberg, still a family owned company, has a workforce of about 1000. LUMBERG is where its customers are, with numerous development and manufacturing locations in Europe, America and Asia.
LUMBERGs core areas of expertise are development, manufacturing and sales of electromechanical and electronic components.
Connector systems and components comprise the principal part of its wide array of products. These include printed circuit board connector systems, terminal blocks, datacom connectors, RAST systems and connectors for photovoltaic systems.
LUMBERGs aim is not only to guarantee the product quality and delivery quality of every single product they offer, but also works continuously for further improvements in quality. The company works to quality standard TS 16949.
The company is certified to DIN/ISO 14001 and all products are ROHS compliant. LUMBERG products are regularly reviewed for REACH compliance.
